Six months of intensive personal guidance, with the complete WILDFIT® program coached one-on-one, body measurements, and detox treatments at the practice.

The program
What you get in six months
A 90-minute intake appointment with preparatory intake, the full fifteen-week WILDFIT® track, weekly individual coaching during that part and every other week for the rest of the period, a weekly written check-in, short questions through one agreed channel with a reply on working days within two working days, ten treatments with foot bath and three measurements at the start, after five, and after ten treatments. Wrapped up with a conversation and a personal follow-up plan.
The fifteen weeks fall within the six months. The remaining roughly eleven weeks offer deepening, application in daily life, and other domains of Evolutionary Mismatch. Visits to the practice are part of the program. Exact dates and any extra costs are agreed with you personally in advance.
My story
Why this program came to be
“I know what it does to you when you still want to run a business, but your body no longer cooperates. After a pregnancy toxaemia, I didn't recover enough. In the end, I had to sell my two hotels. That wasn't a free choice, but a decision out of necessity. VIP Transformation grew out of the guidance I would have wanted for myself back then: intensive personal coaching and attention for my body, in one program. My path has also brought me a lot of good, and it's the foundation of what I do now.”
